Develop and implement financial sustainabilityand fundraising plans, including third-party funding applications
Identify potential donors, fundraising partners, and key success factors
Introduce and support donation management software, including fundraising communication and storytelling
Co-develop impactful communication strategies, incorporating social media and fundraising campaigns
Provide coaching, coordinate mentoring, and establish a peer-learning network to build partners’ fundraising capacities

Ihre Kompetenzen.

Relevant university degree (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing) and further training in fundraising and social marketing
min. 2 years’ experience in third-party funding, fundraising, and communications, ideally with storytelling and in Latin America
Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (oral/written)
Experience delivering knowledge transfer through workshops, training, or coaching
Creativity, teamwork, and strong intercultural sensitivity
Willingness to travel regularly in Peru and Bolivia

As an international professional you will help strengthen the capacities of VEST staff and partner organizations in Peru and Bolivia to increase the visibility and sustainability of their work through effective public relations and financial strategies.
