Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. non-profit management, business administration, communication)
Relevant professional experience in organisational development and programme management
Expertise in resource mobilisation and financial diversification
Knowledge of donor databases and fundraising software is an advantage
Very good command of English
Interest in mutual learning in an intercultural context
Flexibility and motivation for social integration into the Philippine culture
